Ground - $5 Free for orders over $100
3 day - $15
2nd day - $20
overnight - $25
HI, AK 2 Day - $25
HI, AK Overnight - $40
International - We'll e-mail you a shipping total

Charges are for each shipping unit.
1-2 tuxedos = 1 unit
3-4 tuxedos = 2 units
5-6 tuxedos = 3 units
and so on. Accessories will be shipped with tuxedos whenever possible. Orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next day. Certain designer tuxedos like Corneliani & Hickey Freeman will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and will take up to 4 days to be processed prior to shipping. We will call or send email if we are out-of-stock. International Shipping - Yes we ship overseas. Once you have placed your order we will provide you with the shipping options available to your location. We routinely ship to APO's. Please be sure to include an valid email address with international orders. Because of the time difference, email is often the only way we can reach you.

Back Orders & Drop Ships - Occasionally we need to back order an item that is drop shipped on our behalf by the manufacturer. In these cases we will charge your credit card for the full order at the time your order is placed. We will contact you prior to charging your credit card if your order will not ship out within a few days time. You can always cancel the order and we will refund the charge.

Golden Rule for Returns - Do unto others as you would do unto yourself. Please return merchandise as you would have wanted to receive it. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unaltered garment with tags intact within 30 days of purchase. Items that were shipped free will incur a $5 charge. Shirts must be returned in original packaging material for a full refund. Any items that are not returned in the same condition that they were shipped may incur a 20% restocking fee. Please call us toll free at (888) 879-SUIT (7848) for a return authorization number. We recommend that you insure your returns.

Privacy - We respect your right to privacy.   We do not sell or share names or email addresses.   We will only share your information with firms required to process your order - that is, typically, your credit card firm or your bank, and our shipper. eMail and Communications - We will contact you if:
• we need to reach you regarding your order,
• you have asked us to call/email you back,
• you have given us permission to send future emails. We will never ask you for password or account information in an email.   If you ever question whether a communication from us is legitimate, just give us a call tollfree at (888) 879-SUIT (7848) and ask us to review the matter with you.

Security - eTuxedo and eSuit provide you with a secure shopping environment. Our order pages are secured by SSL encryption assuring you your information is safe. No customer information or credit card information is maintained on our website, it is all transferred to separate, off-line computers.

Group Sales - We will gladly work with groups of 15 or more to offer additional savings.

International Orders - For security reasons, all customer placing international orders must fax the header of their credit card statement to us at (248) 548-5871. This allows us to prevent fraud. We do not, under any circumstances, ship to countries which do not allow for shipping insurance. We do not ship to Nigeria. All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
