After Six, like the car companies,
has a single chassis with many different models. So it's
most important to discuss the chassis and you can see the
different models (1-button vs. 2 button, etc.)
After-Six makes tuxedos
for the rental market. These are hard-wearing, abuse-taking,
pure wool tuxedos that will look like new even after 50 dry
cleaning cycles. These tuxedos are sold as separates so you
can choose any size jacket and any size pant - the cloth
is guaranteed to match. The slacks have a side tab adjustment
allowing the pant to be brought in or eased out over a 3-inch
range. The pant also has a standard 2" let-out in the
back to allow a tailor to ease the pant out further. The tradeoff,
however, is a stiffer garment than a tuxedo designed for a
single owner. This internal "armor" allows the tuxedo
to stand up to daily use and abuse. Also, these coats do not
have buttons on the sleeve (this makes it much easier for rental
shops to alter the sleeves without having to sew on buttons
each time).
After-Six tuxedos run slightly tighter than our other tuxedos
so if you are bordering two sizes, choose the larger size.
After Six tuxedos are a great option for frequent users, for
those who need separates or for those who fluctuate in weight.

I was very pleased when I received a call after placing my order stating that they didn't have part that I had ordred and were very helpful in finding something else.
The speed of delivery was very good.
Most of all the quality of the product was beyond my expectations. I'm a very large man and find it hard to get things to fit right, but this tux worked out perfect for me.

I was pleasantly surprised – by the suit (After Six Roma, one button, notch) , shirt and shoes, the deal and prompt delivery. This older guy has two other nice tuxes (which he has “outgrown”) and shoes by which to compare this purchase. Honestly, I think it was a good deal. Others’ comments were helpful and correct. Nothing looked second rate. The Stacy shoes were a good recommendation.
I was worried most about pant waist fit. I thought that my dilemma was ordering a 42 waist (tight) and hoping that would expand to a 43 and not look awkward or awful. As it turned out I worried needlessly; it came as a 43S, expandable either way – to 42 or 44.
If I had to make a negative comment, I would say that the jacket material was a little stiff. But, I do not think that it detracted from the look, and I was not looking for an $800+ suit but one that I could go to a Holiday function with, with good friends.

| A great quality Tux at a very reasonable price. Because of my build, I need to order separates, or lose about 50 pounds. E-Tuxedo solved that problem! And, by the way, did I say anything about their "lightning fast" shipping? |

| We received my fiance's tuxedo just a couple days of placing the order. I made a mistake when ordering the jacket. I accidentally hit the wrong size. The company called me when they were processing my order to make sure if that was the size I wanted. Thank god they caught the mistake in time! The tuxedo fits perfectly and will look perfect for our wedding day! Thank you. |

We received my husbands tuxedo yesterday long with his shirt, and accessories. Everything was top quality and fit just perfect! A special thanks to the customer service department for helping me select this item for our cruise. It looks great and is light enough weight that it shouldn't be too hot.
