Very fast free shipping, everything was packaged really well. I was kind of skeptical about the quality and ordering it online without seeing it first. However, after reading several reviews I thought it would be worth ordering. All I can say is I am very impressed with the material quality, fits perfectly, and is very comfortable. Only thing, pants need to be hemmed-no problem. I was a little worried about ordering one online but when it arrived I was VERY satisfied. There was a small mix up on the order and when I called them they were very responsive and ready to correct the problem. The tuxedo looks great, got to me in time, was a great buy. When I called with a question a real person answered the phone and answered all of my questions right away. My first option for the Tuxedos went out of business. I stumbled onto this site and called Mark who eased my worries a little. After the men agreed to use eTuxedo, I purchased my Tux first. My Tux arrived yesterday and other than getting the pants hemmed, it is perfect. I will be using this company for future group and personal purchases. I felt I was gambling $100.00. To my surprise it was a great choice. Just remember the pants need to be hemmed. I'm no kid I'm in my 50's. If I had to I would do it all over again.
