The service was outstanding. I needed it in a hurry so the staff checked on availability and expedited shipping. I had it in a few days. They encouraged me to return anything that wasn't satisfactory - but that won't be a problem. The tux is perfect. It was difficult to get a good look at the garment from the website picture but it is just what you would expect. Outstanding quality. Classic cut. Subtle style. The problem with most tuxedos is they seem to shout "Hey! I'm a tuxedo! Look at me! Look at all this shiny stuff on my suit!" The Corneliani, on the other hand, looks like a well-tailored, simple black suit with very subtle formal accessorizing. It also looks like $1,850. The included Abboud shirts are also excellent. It's not often that you spend $1,200 and feel like you got a bargain but I do. I can wear this for years. Thanks. Despite rare nature of the product, it hardly took a day from the making the inquiry to product delivery. I never even saw the picture of the product, yet it is precisely what it was supposed to be. The quality is top notch, packaging is meticulous, response is prompt. eTuxedo is a great place to count on to deliver what you have in mind with great price.
