Rental tuxedos are designed to take the abuse of prom season, wedding season, charity season, and all the dry cleanings in between. They are constructed with the formalwear version of heavy armor to look good for the next rental. This armor makes the garment stiffer, heavier, and less comfortable. If you don't need to dry-clean your tuxedo 52 times a year you will feel much better in a "retail" (rather than rental) tuxedo. This tuxedo will easily fill the needs of an average user.
